Joe turned up on time, explained what he needed to do & got on with the job of fitting the outside tap... explained about stopping the water flow if temperature dropped below 0... tidied up when he finished... a great job done, no messing about & would highly recommend... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service from start to finish! Joe came out promptly to repair my radiator and quickly diagnosed the issue with confidence and professionalism. He later returned to carry out a full service and installed a filter to help prolong the boiler’s life. His work was thorough, tidy, and clearly explained. Joe is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Highly recommended!

I had the sewer smell in the bathroom on and off for four months . I had it investigated by four other professionals who didn’t identify the cause . I knew Joe from when he did an excellent job fiting a new shower, kitchen sink and tiling . I asked Joe for his professional opinion as I trust his advice . He immediately identified the cause of the smell coming from a vent. Joe did an excellent and professional job of fixing it. Joe was extremely professional . He completed a thorough investigation of our boiler ,remedied the issue and also checked over the health of the system.He explained the work thoroughly and cleaned up after himself.Excellent job completed and all costs were explained up front ( exactly as what was quoted). The second time I have used Joe (first time was for a leaky shower unit) and once again I'm impressed: excellent communication, very friendly, reliable. Joe completed the fix - water was leaking from the tundish likely due to a build-up of pressure which required the replacement of a couple of valves - and also provided a lesson how to service the cylinder. As a customer, I could not ask for more.
