9 Flooded cellar

Chris arrived on time as booked. He was very professional. He checked all pipes outside leading to the property and when he went down into the cellar it was flooded He found the leaking pipe in the cellar and immediately set about taking the pipe off replacing it with new one, vacuumed the water away and i am now left with a dry cellar. Job location: S3I recently had a plumber from Plumbcare attend my property through my insurance. One flush button was stuck causing water to run into the pan while the other did not work. He said only the buttons needed replacing but the housing was broken. He showed no interest in fixing it and left saying it was too much work. To make matters worse, he left an offensive voicemail. My toilet is now worse as he removed the button connectors to the flushing mechanism and did not refit them. The service was completely unprofessional. I reported this to my insurance. Stay away from this company.10 Very professional
