    The whale shower was not draining the water away in a tenanted property.

    The Plumcare team were excellent from start to finish, they were excellent in communicating with myself and the tenant regarding visiting the property etc, found the problem and fixed it .... charged us a very reasonable price ( we had to pay a deposit which I totally understood ) would highly recommend this company.

    They are unreliable

    I paid for a service for my air heat pump. They said they couldn’t service it as the parts were missing, we asked what was needed to repair and they said they’d be back in contact we have heard nothing back over a week later. Our first attempt at a service with them didn’t happen as the plumber didn’t turn up- we waited all afternoon. It was appalling service, I didn’t get what I paid for. I want my money back please
