    Boiler Annual Service

    The engineer who arrived to perform the service did not seem fully confident of the job. After the service, my boilet started leaking (when it was not before) a brown fluid. I mentioned this to the company and they arranged a check up 4 days later and said the visit would be free of charge. The same engineer came back and found nothing and we later were charged an hour of labour. After raising a complaint they sent out a senior engineer who found a faulty component. This was poor communication and I doubt a faulty component as it was working perfectly fine prior to the service.

    Full exterior pipe work replacement.

    I had our outside pipe work replaced by Plumbcare Yorkshire Ltd. The company kept me informed from start to finish, the work was first class and a very professional job was done. It took less than 2 days to complete, and I was highly satisfied when the work was complete. Plumbcare Yorkshie Ltd was not the cheapest quote I received but the work was carried out to a high standard. I would like to thank Chris & his colleague for the work carried out on my property.

    Fault find on boiler

    The engineer confirmed he was about 25 minutes away and arrived promptly. He quickly located and fixed the problem, so we only had to pay the first hour. Very happy and will keep their details for future use.
