I paid for a service for my air heat pump. They said they couldn’t service it as the parts were missing, we asked what was needed to repair and they said they’d be back in contact we have heard nothing back over a week later. Our first attempt at a service with them didn’t happen as the plumber didn’t turn up- we waited all afternoon. It was appalling service, I didn’t get what I paid for.
