Good service but long wait

Plumbcare were easy to deal with & very friendly. Customer service were very helpful & the plumber that attended was also helpful & explained everything as he was going along with stopping my toilet leak. He also helped grease my stopcock so I could turn it again as I couldn’t isolate the constantly running water. The downside was the very long wait. They explained when I logged the job just before 12 Noon on a Sunday that the plumber could attend up to 9pm which is way too long when I couldn’t stop the water. It didn’t help that they had a plumber go home sick.Good service apart from the wait

Would recommend - quality workmanship.

Very efficient. The work was carried out to my satisfaction. The process was explained by the plumber and I was kept fully informed each step o& the way. I knew that I would require some additional items to complete the job and I was told what the price would be beforehand - so no surprises. All in all very satisfied.
