They were meant to come and see me for a boiler service which was booked and paid for in advance. They attended on the morning when the appointment was booked for the afternoon and I told them to put it on the notes due to my job. I called to tell them to come back later and they agreed that jobs were in the area, so they would come to do the works. Failed to attend a second time. I rang back and they had decided not to come to carry out the works. The only positive is the call handler who tried his best to rectify the problem. I’m still waiting for a refund and I would not recommend.

Quickly contacted to book in the job within 24 hours. Arrived on time with a call 15 mins beforehand. Did the job quickly and clean and discussed what work was carried out. Would not hesitate to use again.

The repair was carried out efficiently and thoroughly. Callum arrived on time and took the time to talk to me about the job and work out the best solution given the way the pipe work was originally installed. I have tested the system and all is good. Very pleased and many thanks to Plumbcare Yorkshire. A very happy customer.
