  Quick, reliable, would use again

  Prompt call from Paul in response to my request. Visit arranged for less than 48 hours later. Ben arrived promptly and sorted the problem. Pricing was made clear up front. Very impressed with service and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

  Replace & relocate boiler

  Paul in the office was super helpful. Engineer came & the old back boiler had totally given up the ghost, so it was time for a new one, which was relocating to the loft. It was a big job rerunning the pipework etc. Ryan & Ben were super friendly and very hard working. They didn’t even stop for a cuppa! They explained everything along the way. We’re super helpful with explaining how to use the new controls. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Removed all old pipework & boiler. Supplied all necessary guarantees & paperwork. Will use again. Thanks Ryan & Ben.

  Definitely recommend Plumbcare

  We contacted Plumbcare asking them to quote for a boiler. Paul in the office was very responsive & booked an engineer, Ryan arrived - a cheeky guy who answered all our questions & gave us the confidence that they would do a good job - also we looked at previous reviews. Work was carried out promptly, Ryan & his colleague Ben worked hard, again answered all our questions & concerns. They were tidy & respectful, but carried out all the work with a great sense of humour. All the necessary guarantees & documentation were provided promptly. Great plumbers, but Ryan work on your singing!

  Plumbcare were pleasant to deal with, from arranging an appointment to understanding the issue and resolving it. The plumber who undertook the job arrived promptly, was efficient, polite and was happy to explain what the cause of the problem was and its solution.   Bathroom taps fitted

  This company are truly amazing, arrive on time , very considerate to an elderly customer . Work was done very efficiently and with little disruption. Paul communicated with us and arranged dates and times . Ben was our Plummer and was absolutely superb as the lady in question was very anxious about the replacement of taps . Job done well and will certainly be using this firm again Highly recommend them .
