Plumbcare were pleasant to deal with, from arranging an appointment to understanding the issue and resolving it. The plumber who undertook the job arrived promptly, was efficient, polite and was happy to explain what the cause of the problem was and its solution. The work was very professional and no mess left behind.

This company are truly amazing, arrive on time , very considerate to an elderly customer . Work was done very efficiently and with little disruption. Paul communicated with us and arranged dates and times . Ben was our Plummer and was absolutely superb as the lady in question was very anxious about the replacement of taps . Job done well and will certainly be using this firm again Highly recommend them .

This operation was exceedingly well coordinated by Paul. Ben arrived on time. He was extremely polite, professional and explained everything. He fitted both sets of taps and fixed a leak on the waste pipe. The whole operation was stress free and superbly carried out. Very highly recommended and will definitely use this company again.

Our boiler broke down on 23/12… Stewart and his colleague Ben managed to source and install a new boiler in 5 hours on Christmas Eve… saving our Christmas! Would highly recommend: very high quality service, high customer care and professionalism.

I cannot recommend Plumbcare enough, they are fantastic. We had an issue with our boiler and therefore had no heating or hot water, Stuart arrived within the hour, and diagnosed the issue. He spent a lot of time here making sure he could fix it, going out and getting the parts he needed, and done a very thorough job, and made sure it was all working before he left. at a very stressful time, Stuart put everything right and made our Christmas, we now have a very warm house, thank you so much, would highly recommend.
