Prompt and kept me informed at delay in arrival (traffic). Inspected the job and explained all issues and fixes and costs. Completed all the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area afterwards. Nice touch to double check everything was fixed and no leaks. When you move home or sell you have a sheet that will say if your plumbing is good or not.
