What a lovely man explaining everything he was doing in my loft taking pictures so I could see kept in touch letting me know when he had the parts and exactly when he would arrive definitely five stars from me

Prompt and kept me informed at delay in arrival (traffic). Inspected the job and explained all issues and fixes and costs. Completed all the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area afterwards. Nice touch to double check everything was fixed and no leaks. Job well done Jamie.

Jamie is fantastic. Really quick at responding and great at communicating every step of the process. I was really impressed by how quickly everything was arrange.
