I used Platinum 10 years ago at my old address, having moved in March this year my only choice for my new windows and doors was with them again! Dan and his team are great. Dan is very knowledgeable and his quote was extremely reasonable. Also Dan will respond to your calls and turns up at appointments. The quote is very easy to read and has everything you need to know on it. Jamie and Jamie the fitters were nice lads and were very efficient, clean and tidy. My windows and doors look fantastic. My mum and dad, brother and best friend have all used Platinum on my recommendation.

We had been looking to have our front door replaced for a while and had various excessive estimates, and various companies that didn't even bother to reply to our enquiries or turn up. It worked out for the best in the end! After contacting the very amiable Dan, we had a speedy response in a property visit for measurements and a chat. We had an idea of what we wanted and Dan gave us some great advise without being pushy. The decision by us was finally made! The installation by the team was superb. Great workmanship, clean, tidy and very professional. We highly recommend the Platinum team!

Platinum Windows previously constructed a conservatory for us and we had no hesitation in calling on them again to replace a front door and convert two front facing flat windows into bow windows. Again, they did a superb job: Reliable, communicative, helpful and with excellent work throughout. Thanks to Dan, Mark and Jake for the excellent work. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them. 10/10.

We cannot recommend Platinum windows & Conservatories enough! From the initial visit where Dan was honest, clear and clearly an expert in his field to the swift clear accurate quotation the experience was swift, friendly and clear. It was really helpful that Dan could recommend solutions for what we were looking for. The fit date was agreed and the team were amazing! They were punctual, friendly and happy to explain what they were doing each day. I have to say the respect and tidyness from the fitting team was in a class of its own compared to any other work we have had done. Thankyou!

This is the second house where we have used Dan and the team. This time initially for a replacement front door, which they installed with a Smart lock app & key and fobs. So no longer a need for door keys. Amazing service and professionalism as usual Would highly recommend. Will definitely use them again when it comes to the windows.
