Platinum Restoration responded in a tight timeline as I was moving house. They made repairs to some of the filling in the ground floor and sanded throughout over a few days. We were kept appraised of progress and when we could/couldn’t access certain areas. They also made repairs to two poorly fitted areas of flooring in the first floor. All equipment was provided, stowed nearly overnight and recovered leaving no mess.

Sean and Josh did top quality work laying new wood flooring in our hall. They were timely and the work was done in an efficient and effective manner. We are delighted with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend them.

I am very pleased with my restored floor by platinum restoration! We were about to carpet over our tired worn parquet flooring but decided to try to restore and platinum were very efficient clean and tidy and have done an excellent job! Communication was easy as well .

Sean visited to assess the floor in order to provide a quote. Sean and his team were professional, polite, tidy and skilled at their job. We are so happy with the work they carried out, Sean said he could get the floor looking better than an area which looked ok, I wasn’t convinced but he was right, it looks like a new floor.

Carl and Harley made a great job of our parquet flooring restoration. They lightened the overall colour and made it even after years of sun bleaching and wear and tear. The wood looks great, we are very pleased! The office was very communicative and were able to work with us to secure a suitable date amongst other housework we had going on.
