  They sanded wooden flooring on the ground floor, including repairs to some of the filling.

  Platinum Restoration responded in a tight timeline as I was moving house. They made repairs to some of the filling in the ground floor and sanded throughout over a few days. We were kept appraised of progress and when we could/couldn’t access certain areas. They also made repairs to two poorly fitted areas of flooring in the first floor. All equipment was provided, stowed nearly overnight and recovered leaving no mess.

  CCTV assessment of drains

  Rum drains were very quick to get back to me and very helpful in providing information ahead of the survey visit. On the day they arrived on time, were very polite and extremely helpful. During the visit they explained exactly what was going on and talked us through the survey. They have advised on work that might need to be done in the future And how much it might cost.
