  Roof repair following leak

  Will and Dale came out to give a quote shortly after I called and explained the problem. They were both knowledgeable and honest, working with me to find a solution that was within my budget. They arrived promptly to complete the work, were friendly, kept in touch throughout and did a very thorough job (no leaks yet!) and were clear that I can call on them again should there be further problems.

  Although the job turned out to be much bigger than expected, it was completed to my satisfaction. Subsequent heavy rain has not revealed any damp patches so well done.

  Prompt response to original enquiry and reasonable estimate. Talked through the work and was happy to answer any questions before I confirmed the job. Wasn't available immediately but communicated availability to manage my expectations. Polite and efficient on site. Very happy with the work done and would use again.

  Refurbishment of roof underlay, battens and facias

  This is the 2nd time we've employed Will and his team to carry out extensive work to replace our old roof membrane, battens and underlay. His team is very professional and go out of their way to explain the process and identify any potential issues. They exercise great attention to detail and have a real pride in their work. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The site has always been left clean and tidy at the end of the working day. Highly recommended for overall reliability and quality of work.

  New gutter, fascia and soffit to the front of my property

  From 1st point of contact, to delays by insurance company. Platinum have kept in touch, provided additional information for Insurers. And have now completed a very professional job. Operatives are polite, professional and friendly. My property was left exceptionally clean and tidy at the end of the job. Would highly recommend.
