  From 1st point of contact, to delays by insurance company. Platinum have kept in touch, provided additional information for Insurers. And have now completed a very professional job. Operatives are polite, professional and friendly. My property was left exceptionally clean and tidy at the end of the job. Would highly recommend.

  The team arrived as early as possible and worked well together. They were pleasant, explained as they worked eg new system of interlocking roof tiles, & suitable colour. They did an excellent job , much admired by neighbours too. Clean up job after removal of scaffolding was particularly welcome and efficient . I can highly recommend this company .   New Soffits and membrane and chimney repointing

  Sadly a bad experience. The roof now leaks badly, has mismatched tiles all over it, an open down pipe has been left in completely the wrong place, I have tiles over the back door that are an inch and a half too short, the wrong membrane has been used here, elsewhere the membrane is too short and a corner is exposed, patio tiles were chipped, my pensioner neighbour was upset by the mess on the shared drive. Currently I am waiting for quotes from local roofers and a decorator. Sorting out the mess is going to cost thousands of pounds. I am very stressed/upset.
