Will and Dale came out to give a quote shortly after I called and explained the problem. They were both knowledgeable and honest, working with me to find a solution that was within my budget. They arrived promptly to complete the work, were friendly, kept in touch throughout and did a very thorough job (no leaks yet!) and were clear that I can call on them again should there be further problems.

Although the job turned out to be much bigger than expected, it was completed to my satisfaction. Subsequent heavy rain has not revealed any damp patches so well done.

His team is very professional and go out of their way to explain the process and identify any potential issues. They exercise great attention to detail and have a real pride in their work. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The site has always been left clean and tidy at the end of the working day. Highly recommended for overall reliability and quality of work.
