  The firm was quick and efficient with communication, coming out to review the work required anc complete the repair. Service provided was professional, friendly and efficient. Prices charged were very competitive. Would thoroughly recommend this firm.

  Thank you so much to Platinum Plumbing for helping us out on more than one occasion now. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished. Communication is great, and invoicing is clear. My family have used them for years so they are well trusted and we won’t use any other company

  Excellent work. We have called on Adam and Joe quite a few times over the past few years for routine boiler service to installation of a new cloakroom toilet and vanity. Radiators have been replaced, new piping run to the cloakroom –– just about anything. Always a good, courteous, tidy and professional experience. Didn’t hesitate to contact them for the most recent work to replace/repair the family shower.

  Replacing the roof tank supplying the domestic hot water cylinder

  We have been using Adam and Joe of Platinum Plumbing for several years now doing a range of different jobs for us, from installing a new boiler, upgrading radiators and pipework, to our most recent job of changing our faulty roof tank. They are always very professional, competent, tidy, courteous and friendly. They also service our central heating boiler each year too for us. We are very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them.

  Scammed out of £108 for a free no obligation advice and quote

  I reached out via CheckaTrade for some Shower Repair work - This company reached out to me asking for pictures of the shower and leak and was subsequently told they cannot assess from the pics sent and would like to come in to check. My wife who was at home with my 9 m.o. let Adam in who said the issue seems to be the sealant around the bathtub and not a leak . He recommended to change the mixer as there was a drip from this. He said he would send out the quote and went on to ask my Wife to pay £108. Being unaware of my convo she paid for the "free quote and advice" . Refund my £108.
