Adam carried out a boiler service and new cold feed install for our new dishwasher. Very happy with the completed work and price charged.

Contacted Platinum plumbing and a couple of other companies to replace a bath. Adam responded quickly and arrived on time to give me a quote. I chose Platinum because they were professional and used quality materials. They replied to all my emails. They worked extremely during the very hot weather. I had anew bath within 3 days. Would highly recommend this company.

Shortly after submitted my query on check a trade, I had a voicemail left by Beverley saying someone could come out that afternoon to help. I was very pleased with how quickly Adam could come out and assess, and fixed the problem that afternoon. He was polite and professional. Will definitely use again.

They were asked to replace the fan but when they did they discovered another fault and had to return a few days later to fix this one. On both occasions they did an excellent job.
