  Lifesaver boiler repair!

  Just wanted to say thank you so much to the plumber who came to fix my boiler (Elliot), he managed to squeeze me in on a busy Sunday and was quick, kind and competent, couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks very much, absolute lifesaver!

  Checking a leak

  Came out on time and checked the bathroom sink and bathtub drainage for leaks - we had water dripping out of the ceiling. Pinned it down well and had the gear to back it up. Thermal camera reviled a water spot in the coving which was off the overflow on the bath that was held on with a pube. Got it sorted like and had no bother since 👍

  Friendly happy people

  Friendly staff on call to company appointment same day. RegularText messages with information. Friendly happy engineer visited home straight forward with explanation of repair. Regular texts of progress of ordered parts and arrival. Regular texts of time of arrival and informed of late ness and offered alternative appointment if it was to late in the day for the work to be carried out. Same Friendly happy engineer arrived with a co worker who was equally happy and friendly. Good clean work carried out. Will definitely recommend this company especially the engineer.

  Amazing service

  I rang this company for an emergency call out on Sunday evening. Boiler wasn’t responding to Hive. The very courteous gentleman I spoke to asked me questions about the problem and he typed concise instructions for me to follow. It worked! Heating back on. I am so grateful for very prompt and professional help. It was such a relief to have such amazing service. I will definitely use again and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you once again!

  Dan and Mark who came to install a new boiler and about 10 radiators where amazing. They came early every day and worked hard to get everything done within a week. They were clear with their communication and friendly. They were flexible when we asked to swap radiator sizes and placements and carried out all the work on time and to a high standard.
