After finding myself without hot water PIR electrical were fantastic, coming out same day and offering brilliant advice and support. He managed to replace the heating elements and fix the problem that evening. Fabulous communication throughout and would really recommend to anyone.

Very friendly and polite service. We had our immersion heater drained/the element changed and the timer changed. The communication was very swift from the start. Very grateful to be waking up with hot water this morning! Thanks again
