Dan called and said the job will cost up to £299 hopefully £150. When he cane he said definitely £299, but the drains had been blocked a while so ok. He fixed one drain and left another, which is still blocked yet he took the full payment. When I called back he saud it would be another £200. I do not recommend.

Fast efficient service with no fuss. No call-out charge and no charge if they couldn’t fix the problem. I needed help over a blocked gully they were here within hours on a Sunday.

We have used this company before and we found the people to be friendly, polite and easy to deal with. On this occasion, they investigated the pipework where a blockage was causing our boiler to fail due to condensation from the boiler being blocked. The blockage was cleared and the system was thoroughly tested, so we were very pleased with the result. We were glad they were able to come on the same day we called, or we would have been without heating and hot water.

The guys arrived within a few hours of our initial request, though they did phone first just to assess the situation and to give us an idea of their ETA. When they arrived went straight to our toilet to assess the blockage. They asked that we check with our neighbours to make sure the issue wasn't systemic, we did and it wasn't. Pleased to say they had the blockage cleared quickly. Informed us the issue was due to lime scale. They were polite, clean and tidy.

The team at Pipe & Drain cleaners were very prompt and arrived earlier than scheduled. Within an hour they had tackled the blockage and were ensuring the drain was working as it should. Appreciated their efforts to crack on with the job and help my household get back to running water.
