Although they responded quickly, they could see I was a lady on my own and the price went very quickly from in the £100's to over £400 - I would not recommend at all. I felt like I was left with no choice but to pay the money. They spoke to me as if I was stupid and made out the issue was I assume a lot bigger than it actually was.

Our pricing can change after an on-site inspection if the issue is more severe than initially expected, but work is only carried out with the customer’s agreement.
