  Bathroom leak

  I was so pleased with Jalen’s help. He brought a can-do attitude to an issue I had been grappling with for several weeks. I found him to be much more constructive than other plumbers I had tried. He was also very personable and was happy to return to manage a final fix after leaving for the day.

  Shower pump replacement

  Jalen was very prompt in answering my request and just as prompt in calling to my property. As with many plumbing jobs, it appeared straightforward but wasn’t! Jalen however had the skills and knowledge to put it right. Shower pump installed successfully and at a very reasonable price.

  Friendly and efficient

  Fixed up a past plumbers mistake and stopped a leak for me. Respectful and friendly, wasted no time at all. Great experience will be calling again.

  I called Jalen when another plumber who was scheduled to come to install our dishwasher called to say he couldn’t make it. Despite it being after 4pm on Friday, Jalen immediately said he would be able to do it, and true to his word he was with us a couple of hours later. Jalen did a great job: it wasn’t a particularly hard challenge, but he approached it with cheerfulness and a hugely positive attitude, and got the work done fast, effectively and with a smile. Before leaving he took care to check that everything was working as it should be. Just a great experience!

  Leak sorted - super helpful and friendly

  Sorted out my leaking toilet quickly, explained where the leak was coming from and options. I thought that the tiles may get broken but he fixed the toilet without any damage, checked there were no further leaks and he checked other rooms for potential water damage. highly recommended- will definitely be saving Jalen’s number!
