Jalen and Theo did an excellent job on my shower 🚿. He was polite, thoughtful, tidy and cleaned up after he had finished. He took great care in letting me know how the job was going. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to have work done.

We had to get a bathroom shower unit replaced. The shower cartridge was discontinued so a new part was found. It was quite difficult to source and the new unit fitted well. Everything is going well so far. The job was done as quickly as possible and finished quite late I got the evening. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency today, no hot water (on the hottest day of the year, of course!). Thankfully, Jalen swooped in like the hero! From the very first call, he was exceptionally responsive and professional. Communication was clear, and reassuring, no chasing, no guesswork and he arrived on time. Jalen was knowledgeable and confident with my boiler setup, friendly & knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, he was extremely respectful to everyone in my home, polite and cleaned up after himself. I'd give more than 10 stars if I could, highly recommend!

He was very quick to respond and came when it suited us best. He inspected and fixed more than what was originally asked. Glad we picked him as we didnt know about all the leaks. He found one behind the washing machine which we didnt know about. And also replaced our old tap! Great service and super quick. Highly recommend!

We asked Jalen to replace a concealed cistern toilet with an external cistern one. He was very helpful when he came for an initial inspection and provided us with an estimate for the job. We set an appointment and he was true to his word and came as promised. On the day itself, just before starting work he suggested a cheaper, quicker and cleaner solution to what we had originally agreed; as a result, we saved about 50% on the original quote. He was very tidy, used dust sheets everywhere and cleaned up nicely at the end. We will use his services again and would definitely recommend him.
