Jalen replaced a broken bath mixer tap with shower attachment for me at a rental property. He was really prompt, offering to come later the same day and efficiently sorted it out, making our tenants very happy with the service and me unstressed as a landlord. Many thanks.

Jalen and John were polite, professional and they had the job sorted very quickly and efficiently. They sourced the problem, visited a local Screfix shop for the correct parts and I was very pleased.

Jalen was great - came out to respond to an emergency leak same day. Managed to resolve this and we then asked him to return another day to look into a legacy issue in the bathroom. Asked him to come back as we immediately trusted him and could see his fair pricing. Would highly recommend, and we will be keeping him in the phonebook for any future issues.

Jalen came out the same day and fixed a slow draining sink that I had not been able to fix myself. When I mentioned a separate minor issue with our shower he identified the issue and offered to fix it there and then sadly he was unable to get the part locally on the same day. I will be using him in the future to sort other jobs that I have planned.

Pioneer Plumbers were top notch. Had a leak under the sink which was diagnosed and fixed very quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely be using Pioneer for any future plumbing needs!
