We asked Jalen to replace a concealed cistern toilet with an external cistern one. He was very helpful when he came for an initial inspection and provided us with an estimate for the job. We set an appointment and he was true to his word and came as promised. On the day itself, just before starting work he suggested a cheaper, quicker and cleaner solution to what we had originally agreed; as a result, we saved about 50% on the original quote. He was very tidy, used dust sheets everywhere and cleaned up nicely at the end. We will use his services again and would definitely recommend him.

Very good work from the Pioneer company. It was quick and they did a quality job. I recomend this company. They came to do the job in the same day that I've call them.
