Rob and his apprentice Kyle did a perfect job replacing our dripping and misaligned bath tap. Great communication, incredibly clean and tidy, knowledgable and professional from enquiry to completion. Pinpoint contacted me shortly after I put the job up. Rob was who I dealt with, he asked for pics and immediately gave me a solution to stop the water causing more damage via WhatsApp, gave me immediate advice which stop any more damage. He gave me his next availble appointment after agreeing a very reasonable price to replace the cistern and make sure the job was done properly.
