  Replacing a leaking stop tap

  they had to replace a leaking stop tap in an awkward area. They reached out on WhatsApp ahead of booking in and i sent over a video to give them a better idea of the job and for them to quote correctly. came out the next day and explained the available options and what's required to fix it. They were on time, pinged me an hour before arriving and were polite, clean and did a great job. I'll be using them again for any future jobs.

  New Toilet Fitting

  I recently had a new toilet installed and I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience. The installation was carried out professionally and efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. The new toilet looks great, works perfectly, and has already made a noticeable improvement to the bathroom. Rob was friendly, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to make sure everything was fitted correctly and running smoothly before leaving. It’s refreshing to see such attention to detail and care taken with the work.

  Rob was great, communicated well before repair and asked for video to help diagnose and gave estimate off that. professional when got here and repaired in timely manor and for great price
