Rob and his apprentice Kyle did a perfect job replacing our dripping and misaligned bath tap. Great communication, incredibly clean and tidy, knowledgable and professional from enquiry to completion. Couldn’t have asked for any better and will be using again myself/recommending to friends and family for all our plumbing needs going forward, appreciate you both 10/10!

Kept me well informed about time of arrival. Looked at the job and got on with it. Very repetitive of our home. And offered advice for a problem we had. Overall really great experience.

Pinpoint contacted me shortly after I put the job up. Rob was who I dealt with, he asked for pics and immediately gave me a solution to stop the water causing more damage via WhatsApp, gave me immediate advice which stop any more damage. He gave me his next availble appointment after agreeing a very reasonable price to replace the cistern and make sure the job was done properly. He and his apprentice came and did the job promptly, they were incredibly helpful, polite , tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend Pinpoint!!!
