  I initially contacted Pinnacle as my porch roof was leaking. The work to replace it was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Whilst attending the property, a problem with the main roof was identified with photos taken to evidence this. This was rectified the same week, again to an excellent high standard with photos provided of each stage of the work. I would highly recommend Pinnacle for their professional approach and workmanship, both management and on site workers.

  The definition of professional

  It's a worrying experience having your roof replaced, but Pinnacle held our hand all the way through the process. They were extremely professional, efficient, hard-working and courteous. They worked tirelessly in terrible conditions and still had time to explain everything in detail, always inviting questions and still smiling at the end of the day. They've got a large work-force so the job happened surprisingly quickly. I highly recommend this company.

  Prompt reliable roofing company

  Pinnacle are an excellent roofing company. The work I had done to my property, installation of a flat roof and replacement of fascia boards was done to a very high standard.   Roof repairs

  We contacted Pinnacle for some urgent repair work. We had the initial survey which highlighted the issues. They came out promptly, and within 2 days the scaffolding was up, the old roof was off, new battens and felt were installed and the tiles replaced. We were extremely pleased with their efficiency and cleanliness. The company advised us all through the process and the new roof looks absolutely amazing. They were a pleasure to deal with and we would happily recommend Pinnacle Roofcare to anyone else needing roof work.

  Superb job done by a great team

  After the initial shock of needing a roof replacement on our bungalow, the experience was a very positive one. The entire job was done in three and a half days, plus the scaffolding either side. Simon, Sam and Ashley kept us informed and included all through the process, and their skilled and hardworking team did a fantastic job in challenging weather conditions. The site was left clean and tidy, with all the waste disposed of. Pinnacle Roofcare have been a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them to everyone needing work done on their roof.

  Very happy with our new roof.

  As with other reviewers we were apprehensive about getting a new roof but really pleased with the work, the speed (1 day plus one either side for scaffolding), communication (including photos and explanations) and the clearing up. Very professional team worked tirelessly, without disruption and kept the area safe from inclement weather until the work was completed. In addition the certificate of work came very swiftly.
