  Roof replacement.

  Communication with the company was good, from my initial contact, and with staff on site who were polite and informative. No receipt has been forthcoming for my payment. As far as I can tell, the work was of a good quality. Cleaning up to the front and rear of the property was satisfactory, but none took place to the side.

  Spray foam removal highly professional service

  I would not hesitate recommending Simon & his team to anyone considering removing spray foam insulation or wanting roof advice. From start to finish we had excellent verbal with photo communication. All rubble was removed & the site was left clean & tidy. The team provided a first rate & highly professional service.

  Moss removal and roof inspection

  We see a neighbour having a re roof done and was rather impressed with pinnacle time keeping and how they kept the job tidy so we contacted them as we had a issue with water ingress and heavy moss John visited us the next day on time and made us feel very comfortable and whilst we had concerns we would need a re roof done John went up and inspected the problem and advised us we didn’t need a re roof done just replacement of 3 ridge tiles minor repointing and lead flashing sorted and also the removal of the dreaded moss very happy with the honesty and punctuality would highly recommend 5 stars

  This is our second experience of using Pinnacle Roofcare SW following emergency repairs to a flat roof in 2024. We are extremely happy with the work undertaken - Simon and his team have worked incredibly hard and done an A1 job. Communication in the build up to the job has been outstanding, the price was in line with my expectations and I would recommend the company to anyone.
