We see a neighbour having a re roof done and was rather impressed with pinnacle time keeping and how they kept the job tidy so we contacted them as we had a issue with water ingress and heavy moss John visited us the next day on time and made us feel very comfortable and whilst we had concerns we would need a re roof done John went up and inspected the problem and advised us we didn’t need a re roof done just replacement of 3 ridge tiles minor repointing and lead flashing sorted and also the removal of the dreaded moss very happy with the honesty and punctuality would highly recommend 5 stars

This is our second experience of using Pinnacle Roofcare SW following emergency repairs to a flat roof in 2024. We are extremely happy with the work undertaken - Simon and his team have worked incredibly hard and done an A1 job. Communication in the build up to the job has been outstanding, the price was in line with my expectations and I would recommend the company to anyone.

We contacted Pinnacle Roofcare SW originally to remove Moss,on inspection they found more serious problems,due to unprofessioanal work carried out over 30years ago,which resulted in the entire roof being repaired useing uptodate materials but excisting tiles.Pinnacle reacted immediatly to this large complicated structure (1934) which took 11days to complete.Simon and his team carried out the work both compemetently and proffesioanaly,on completion left the site clean and tidy,we therefor highly recommend this company Pinnacle Roofcare SW for any roof repairs.Many Thanks.

I contacted the company for moss removal from the roof of my house. They arrived early one morning and started work but quickly identified that there were underlying problems with the roof structure caused by previous water ingress and a bodged repair. Simon, arrived to take a look and gave me a quote for replacing the roof but cleaning and reusing the existing tiles, which I accepted. The job was completed the following day and Simon was at pains to show me the rotten and decaying material being removed and photographed every stage of the work. I am very happy with the result.

Pinnacle roofing SW were polite professional and prompt. They inspected our roof determined the solution and carried out the work with a team of tradesmen without fuss and inconvenience. The whole process was shown to us via Live Photos and the charges were very reasonable.

From initial contact on the 17th March through to completion on the 26th March everything ran smoothly. The work was carried out over 2 days and their employees meticulously undertook the work they were sent out to undertake and on completion left everything clean and tidy. We would fully recommend this company.
