I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and his team to anyone wanting spray foam insulation removing. From start to finish Simon was excellent at keeping us informed. We were giving loads of photos of every step. All rubbish was removed and the site left clean and tidy. The team provided a first rate service and were highly professional at all times.

Excellent service. Including the erection and removal of the scaffolding, and replacing our roof the job was completed in TWO days! A superbly run job leading to a very professional finish. I was given a very quick timetable to do the job and they met it. Basically three days including putting up and taking down scaffolding with a day to do roof. The work seems very good. This was a rush job but under no pressure from them. In fact the reverse. I had concerns about their set up: a new company, no VAT, no yard, etc and rang them before they started to talk about it. We discussed and they were happy for me to cancel or delay. I didn’t. I was away when work undertaken; they would rather I was there but they agreed to send photos. And they did. Very satisfied.

Turned up early, big team, worked hard, completed job promptly

Communication with the company was good, from my initial contact, and with staff on site who were polite and informative. No receipt has been forthcoming for my payment. As far as I can tell, the work was of a good quality. Cleaning up to the front and rear of the property was satisfactory, but none took place to the side.

Very impressed with the speed in getting my roof and loft problems sorted out. Customer care was excellent. The team cleared any ground mess at the end of both days. Thanks to all involved for your hard work, much appreciated.
