    Efficient and professional

    I had a leak in my roof Ashley came to see, took photos and I needed a complete new roof. Simon and his team came and were very professional, courteous and friendly. They completed the job in a day. They left everywhere clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Roofcare.

    Efficient pleasant helpful Company

    Staff from the company came to remove moss from the roof, but stopped work after 10 minutes and told me that the roof was in need to urgent repair. Evidence was provided by way of numerous photos which were taken at the time and showed me how expensive the damage was. I was given the choice of repairs or replacement, but replacement advised. I took this option and the work was carried out promptly and efficiently, again with photos to show me what was being done. Pinnacle liaised with the scaffolding company so I didn't have to make separate arrangements. It looks great now.

    Replacement of 90 year old hipped and slated pitched roof

    Simon and Ashley both surveyed and discussed options for repairing a significant rainwater leak. They gave me enough information for me to be able to determine that a new roof was the best option to avoid repeated expensive patching in a roof approaching the end of useful life. Roofcare SW provided sustained reassurance through their actions to swiftly organise efficient scaffolding and devote a hard-working team to strip the old roof in one day and complete all the slating in a further 2 days. A remarkable achievement, and I am very happy with the result. Thanks to all the team.
