Pinnacle came to replace an under-stairs toilet macerator (other plumbers flatly refused to even work with macerators!) and remove/replace an old boiling water tap in the kitchen and its associated pump/pipe-work. All completed within the quoted price (including no extra charge for a second visit due to the requirement to source some replacement parts) and done with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend their services.

Pinnacle Plumbing got us out of a really difficult situation when our Saniflo failed leaving us without water. They were with us within an hour or so of me calling them and fitted a replacement (which we already had) quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Robbie and Jarryd who were involved.

We had a water stain on our ceiling which we thought we had found the source of and then the dripping started and the clicking started. I took some photos and a video and sent it to Robbie and in no time at all Gavin was over replacing the tundish (the drippy thing) and the two-port valve (the clicky thing) and the boiler was back in action again. Thank you, Robbie, for your diagnosis and for speaking in a language I could understand! And thank you to Gavin for fixing the problem. Top service.

I phoned in the morning and he was able to come mid afternoon which was great. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and said it should all be done in an hour and quoted £90. Two of the jobs (a toilet flush and bathroom sink waste replacement) were more tricky than usual due to bad workmanship of the builders. So in total it ended up taking two hours and he had to come back next day with a different part. I was still only charged for one hour which I thought was amazing. Also the parts were good quality and reasonable priced. Highly recommended and I will use again!
