  Great Business - I Highly Recommend Them!

  A coupe of weeks ago, during the evening I found that I had a problem with an overflowing water tank in my loft. I called Pinnacle first thing the next morning and spoke to Robbie. Jarryd and Ryan came a couple of hours later and resolved the issue. They are all so friendly and such nice chaps at Pinnacle. Several of my neighbours have used Pinnacle and they come highly recommended. They are honest, genuine and their prices are very reasonably. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

  Rats In My Kitchen

  Sany and his team have been so professional and helpful. Several holes were detected in the floor under the kitchen units and my understairs cupboard. Initially Sany came out to lay traps and poison but then made me aware that I needed to take action to have the access holes dealt with to stop rats from entering the property again. Sany and the team returned and spent hours removing the kitchen units, filling in the holes in the floor and understairs cupboard, cementing them and boarding them up. He took photos during the process keeping me up to date. I am a very happy customer.

  Remove asbestos garage roof and replace with new roof

  Mark came to look at the work required. Spent time looking over the garage and discussing what the process would be. On the day that the work was to take place, his guys arrived at 7.15am half hour early which was fine as rain was forecast to start around midday. The work was carried out quickly. We have since had a lot of rain so I have had a chance to check whether it is rainproof or not and very happy to see that the garage is completely dry. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Shutters fitted to living room bay window and two windows in a bedroom.

  We are so happy with the shutters, they look fantastic. The difference that they have made to the rooms is amazing; we just can't stop looking at them. Walter, the fitter was brilliant; he has done an amazing job. His work is impeccable; he was very tidy and considerate. He has a great work ethic and shows real attention to detail. We would highly recommend Riverside Shutters to anyone.
