  Radiator fit and hot water valve fix

  I've had Sonny over a few times. This time was to fix a hot water valve and to fit a radiator. Easy call out, great communication and jobs is always done quickly and left perfectly tidy. Super happy!

  Hot water cylinder replacement

  I contacted Pilgrim Plumbing and Heating for a new hot water cylinder installation quote which was very reasonable. Sonny was very patient while I had to arrange for the new cylinder to be supplied and agreed on a date to complete work. On the day Sonny arrived and got straight to work and explained what he was doing as he went. It seemed like quite a significant job to be honest, especially when he had to sort out an issue with the rads upon installing the cylinder. He posted back the warranty installations docs the next day, to. Overall, amazing service without a doubt!

  Bathroom and kitchen repairs

  Sonny has provided lots of work to my property. He was reliable, worked quickly, efficiently and was always able to attend to the work and complete it quickly. He was also able to explain the issue or issues and what work would need to be undertaken, so that I was always reassured and aware of what/why the work needed to be completed. Sonny was also very good and confident at providing suggestions, allowing me to make informed decisions. He on one occasion provided quick assistance when an unexpected leak developed in the property, which was really appreciated by myself and my tenants.

  Fantastic work. Sonny was really quick at contacting me back and provided great communication throughout. Very professional thorough and contacted me before carrying out work that involved additional cost. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
