  Considerate, prompt, helpful and fair price.

  Carl has been repairing our boiler and heating system for about a year now, with prompt and considerate care. When we agreed a new boiler was required, a date was set and a figure given for the fitting. Carl was here for the alloted time, was tidy, considerate, and the work was completed within the time alloted and at the quoted cost. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and thanks again Carl.

  Carl was simply amazing - we booked Carl to service our 3 year old boiler, he came highly recommended by a neighbour. Immediately, Carl found a serious fault with how the boiler had been installed, which had not been picked up by the plumber ( who installed the boiler) on the first service. Carl was able to repair the boiler on the same day, which we were incredibly grateful for. He did a fantastic job and we highly recommend. Ty and Tina

  Fix blockage, replace pipes

  Carl did an excellent job resolving a particularly difficult blockage for us in our bathroom which no plumber was able to reach or resolve previously. He needed to remove floor boards to find the issue but everything was put back very neatly afterwards and part of the old piping was replaced so that in future it would be easier to resolve any potential blockages that arose in the pipes that go under the floor. He also found another issue we had with our overflow and resolved that whilst he was at it! Can't recommend Carl highly enough, he did an excellent job.

  To fix a burst pipe.

  Carl from Pier to Pier Plumbing responded immediately to a leak from the main feeder pipe to the property. He made things safe and returned soon after to repair the leak by replacing the section that was causing a problem. It was a very professional, reliable and thorough service.
