  Carl was incredibly responsive and was able to fit us in on the same day to investigate a leak in our flat. As a first response, he was able to identify the drip behind the bath and advise on how to contain it in the short term by isolation the bathroom water but keeping the other half of the flat open. He offered advice on next steps as further invasive work is required which needs to be planned in advance. As a first response we couldn’t ask for more and will be using his services again.
