We got Pier to Pier Plumbing in to sort out a defective water heater and bath/shower tap issue, in an old Brighton Regency building with plenty of idiosyncrasies. Carl was a calm, reassuring presence and carried out the work safely and methodically, without cutting corners. All the work was also carried out very tidily. Great service. Carl is quick to respond, prompt and great at communicating what is needed. He sticks to timescales and prices. I particularly like that Carl seems to work on one job at a time rather than juggling and disappearing half way through. Pier to Pier fitted a new boiler for me and have carried out services since. Carl has responded to a couple of queries since. I have no hesitation in recommending Pier to Pier.
