Carl is a great person to work with , attention to detail and cares about his work . Plans the job out and makes you feel reassured that if any problem arises he has another plan to get it sorted . Your in very good hands

The warm water pressure in our shower suddenly dropped off massively. There was a bit of trial and error in working out the cause but, ultimately, Carl installed a new shower valve and we can enjoy hot water again! Carl is a lovey guy, friendly, always on time and happy to explain and talk through the issue. We are repeat customers and will use his services again.

Had a couple of plumbing jobs. Wanted a new shower thermostat and then had a mysterious leak that I couldn't find the source of. Carl was professional and honest. Very easy to talk to about the issues. Great communication all round. Good price for the work. Would recommend and will go back next time I need a plumber.

Carl was able to come around at short notice which was much appreciated as we had had to turn our water off due to breaking the garden tap. He was very thorough and we now have water and a new garden tap!
