  Broken Front Door Lock

  We called Peter on on a Sunday morning as our front door would not open. He quickly diagnosed a broken gear box and after a difficult hour & half managed to manipulate all 4 bolts to get the door open. He fitted a temporary lock to get us secure then returned in the week with a new gearbox. Very polite and a tidy worker, highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication throughout and didn't charge us a call out fee for the Sunday Thanks Pete

  Repair to two faulty upvc window locks.

  Pete arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He managed to get the windows open and was able to assess, repair and restore the locks to full working order and ensured that the windows are secure and fully operational.He was very efficient, kept me informed throughout the procedure and I was more than happy with the price on completion. I will definitely recommend him and Picklockery in future!!

  Replaced lock on a Saturday.

  Pete arrived at the time he said when I rang him as an emergency on a Saturday. The job was completed quickly and professionally and he even oiled the rest of the door joints. Responsive, friendly and trustworthy. Excellent value with no call out fee and the total cost of a new lock with 5 keys on a Saturday was £60.

  Front and rear lock repair

  We had a front door lock that was jamming and a rear door that was unable to be opened by key as it was sticking. We’d luckily been able to get in to the property after hours of trying the previous day. I called Pete at 11:30. He advised it was likely the gearbox in the door lock which is common. He advised he’d be free to have a look at 13:00-13:30 the same day, and quoted a reasonable price. Pete arrived on time and gave a heads up when he was on the way. He was friendly and polite throughout and very quickly sorted the issue for us. Price was very reasonable - £129 all in. Thanks Pete!
