Fantastic & prompt service from Pete.

Pete from Picklockery was very attentive and thoroughly went through the options available to meet my requirements. He then ordered the lock barrels with a single key to operate all and came back as promised 5 days later to install them. The work was efficiently carried out and he even lubricated all locks for me at no extra cost. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pete and will use him again in the future if needed.

Helped adjust the door after changing the lock as the door wasn’t closing properly which what was causing the lock to break

We called Peter on on a Sunday morning as our front door would not open. He quickly diagnosed a broken gear box and after a difficult hour & half managed to manipulate all 4 bolts to get the door open. He fitted a temporary lock to get us secure then returned in the week with a new gearbox. Very polite and a tidy worker, highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication throughout and didn't charge us a call out fee for the Sunday Thanks Pete

Pete arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He managed to get the windows open and was able to assess, repair and restore the locks to full working order and ensured that the windows are secure and fully operational.He was very efficient, kept me informed throughout the procedure and I was more than happy with the price on completion. I will definitely recommend him and Picklockery in future!!
