  Remediation of ceiling plasterboard and insulation following water damage

  We incurred some damage to our living room ceiling and shelves due to a leak from an external gutter. We only hesitated in contacting Yosief as we thought the job might be too small for him but as with the previous time he worked on our property he came round, gave us a quote the next day and had the work wrapped up in three days. Really can't fault the guy - highly recommended!

  I recently hire Yosief from Picasso Building and Mantainance to carry out carpentry and tiling work in my shop, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The quality of the work 10/10— precise, clean, and clearly done with great attention. The carpentry work was also painted just the way I wanted, with a very good finish that really brought everything together. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and respectful of the space. They completed the job on time and made sure everything was finished to a high standard. The new tiling has completely transformed the look
