Thrilled to have Yosief and team back again. Following a great experience last time, they have just completed some garden landscaping and electrical installations for us. They are extremely knowledgeable, kept us informed at every stage, and worked to a very high standard. They left the site tidy and the finished job is brilliant. A trustworthy tradesman.

Yosy carried out the job exceptionally well from start to finish. I just bought a house in need of renovation and he carefully assessed and planned everything in detail. He worked across the whole house and can do everything, renovating the kitchen, fixing bathroom, flooring, tiling, ceilings, shelves etc and went above and beyond by spotting issues missed by other builders and surveys. He is intelligent, precise, clean, solution-focused. On top of this, he's friendly, reliable and respectful and clearly loves his work, taking pride in delivering a high standard. I promise you he's your guy!

I hired Yos to do a 5 day job for me. The plastering was finished to a high standard, the painting looks neat and professional, and the shelves were constructed exactly as discussed. Communication was good from start to finish, and he was happy to talk things through and make sure I was happy as the work progressed. I would happily use him again for future projects.

Picasso Building & Maintenance completed a stunning new kitchen for us. The job was carried out with such proficiency and attention to details that we asked Yosief to return to build our patio. It is worth mentioning that the kitchen is modern and absolutely stunning 😍 ✨️!!! We cannot be happier. The patio was completed in a shorter time than we anticipated. Throughout the time, we were updated throughout the job & also, our wishes were taken into consideration. Yosief has been fantastic, he made great suggestions on how to correct problems in a wet bathroom following a leak. He was in touch at the beginning of each day, kept me in touch with everything he did, and his work is to a very high standard. He and his team cleaned up and left things tidy at the end of each day and he is a pleasure to have in the house when he's working. He is friendly, reliable, creative and comes up with solutions to challenges as they arise. I recommend Yosief if looking to find someone who is trustworthy, reliable and works to a high standard.

I've recently used Picasso Building to renovate my kitchen which was in desperate need to repair. Yosief came and assessed the job and planned meticulously. Throughout the renovation, Yosief communicated with me and shared some brilliant ideas and feedback. He's been totally transparent and passionate throughout the project.
