Job location: MK5Very disappointed with PIBOB Consulting’s service on my project. Serious design oversights — including a missing structural beam later added in a revised issue — caused demolition, delays, and extra cost. Also had a previous lintel labelling error that forced rework. Communication was poor and attention to detail lacking throughout. 10 Structural plan and calculations to remove a load bearing wall

Excellent communication- one of the first to respond to the quote and was the most detailed. They then followed up to see if we wanted to go ahead with the work. Engineer was excellent- professional and experienced. Quick booking and plans written and sent within a week of the site visit. We provide a calculations pack for every design. This can be issued to the local authority building control for approval. If any questions are raised, we'll deal with the rest.
