Very disappointed with PIBOB Consulting’s service on my project. Serious design oversights — including a missing structural beam later added in a revised issue — caused demolition, delays, and extra cost. Also had a previous lintel labelling error that forced rework. Communication was poor and attention to detail lacking throughout. Based on my experience, they were not professional or thorough; I would not recommend them for structural work that requires precision or accountability.

Excellent communication- one of the first to respond to the quote and was the most detailed. They then followed up to see if we wanted to go ahead with the work. Engineer was excellent- professional and experienced. Quick booking and plans written and sent within a week of the site visit. Would highly recommend.
