1 Terrible experience. Avoid them like plague.

We had a terrible experience with this builder. Alan and Dan carried out a loft conversion and porch on our bungalow, which took nearly two years to complete. The problems with their workmanship have been endless. The roof they constructed is leaking extensively throughout the property. When we raised these issues, Alan was extremely rude and failed to provide any warranty support. As a result, we are now forced to replace the entire roof, and the ongoing leaks have caused us significant stress.Verified reviewerJob location: SM1 4 Replace fascia, soffits and guttering

Work was undertaken on an adhoc basis from 2nd Nov 2024 to 16th Jan 2025 by different people as they were working on numerous jobs. Materials left on the drive in front of the house during this period. Interim payment requested half way through. Interim payment or long schedule to complete work was not discussed before the job started or in the quote. I made full payment after the team came back to rectify leaks and water flow issues, but after more rain some issues still need resolving, and i'm waiting on a reply from the team.Verified reviewerJob location: KT1710 Work still ongoing but Alan has been a great help thus far

Was so pleased with Allan and his guys workmanship. He explained everything thoroughly as he went along. He provided a full written quote with no extra costs thrown in. Everything was done swiftly and very neat.
