  Jeremy was very prompt in arriving, thoroughly investigated all the issues, and provided a reasonable quote for the work that needs to be done. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and went above and beyond by preparing a detailed report without us even having to ask.

  Terrible experience. Avoid them like plague.

  We had a terrible experience with this builder. Alan and Dan carried out a loft conversion and porch on our bungalow, which took nearly two years to complete. The problems with their workmanship have been endless. The roof they constructed is leaking extensively throughout the property. When we raised these issues, Alan was extremely rude and failed to provide any warranty support. As a result, we are now forced to replace the entire roof, and the ongoing leaks have caused us significant stress.
