  3 x leaks

  Good work - leaks fixed and was very honest that one of them was a very quick fix which didn’t require any work. Maybe a little more expensive than what we first thought, especially as this turned into 2 leaks, but still competitive. Only disappointment was that hot and cold taps were connected the wrong way round and while this was mentioned afterwards. No further contact was made to remedy.

  Trust and reliability

  I had a slight issue with my boiler and Mark came in less than 24hrs to assist and for free. Mark has been my plumber for the last 10 years and I never had to complain. Highly recommended!

  Brilliant service

  Mark has been looking after our heating system for years, and replaced our boiler in 2025. This year, he completely replaced the heating in our daughter’s property. We are delighted with both. Mark is highly reliable, professional, flexible, helpful and skilful and we will not be using any other heating companies whilst Phoenix is still operating.

  telephoned and he responded immediately and inspected it in 15 minutes, ordered a new shower the same day, collected and fitted it the following day. very polite, cleaned up afterwards and instructed me on how to use. very impressed, would recommend.
