Competitive quote, very professional installation and good explanation of how to operate the new boiler

We were experiencing loss of pressure with our boiler, Mark quickly identified the issue and recommended a replacement which was fitted expertly. I would definitely recommend him. If there is any more work to do in the future I will contact Mark without any hesitation.

Mark came out on a Friday (within an hour of calling him) to look at my mum's boiler as it was not heating the water. She was anxious that she would spend the weekend without any hot water, especially as she has guests staying. He identified the problem very quickly (pump) and got the boiler to fire-up properly and stay on. Mum now has hot water again! He was super efficient when it came to resolving the problem and was also lovely to deal with, explaining everything to us as he went along. I would highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Heating, we will definitely use them again in the future.
