  Lloyd was excellent. Great comms on timing of appointment, professional and clear with what he was doing and what needed doing, and clean up afterwards. Will definitely be using him and Phoenix again.

  Lloyd and his team have done quite a bit of work at our home. We have always found them to be super reliable, professional and very good to deal with. They say what they mean and mean what they say in terms of delivering on outcomes. They do all that at a very reasonable price and a super nice to deal with. Highly recommended.

  Dream bathroom!

  I engaged Phoenix Heating & Plumbing to replace my very dated bathroom. Lloyd arranged the design based upon our conversations and ensured that it was exactly what I wanted. The standard of workmanship was exceptional and I now genuinely have the bathroom of my dreams. The work was completed efficiently and finished on the exact date Lloyd had given me when I booked the work in. The attention to detail was excellent and Lloyd even picked up on a slightly damaged area that I hadn't even noticed. The item was returned to the supplier and replaced without me even thinking about it!
