I engaged Phoenix Heating & Plumbing to replace my very dated bathroom. Lloyd arranged the design based upon our conversations and ensured that it was exactly what I wanted. The standard of workmanship was exceptional and I now genuinely have the bathroom of my dreams. The work was completed efficiently and finished on the exact date Lloyd had given me when I booked the work in. The attention to detail was excellent and Lloyd even picked up on a slightly damaged area that I hadn't even noticed. The item was returned to the supplier and replaced without me even thinking about it!

Really happy with the service provided by Lloyd and George.. They helped with the installation of a gas hob, gas pipe extension and fix a boiler leak. They did a great job. Everything works perfectly. I definitely recommend them.

Lloyd contacted me saying they could come out today. He and his colleague George were here within two hours. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 90 minutes, including going out for the placement part. We are extremely grateful to have this emergency water leak sorted so quickly! Highly recommend and will be booking them in for our annual boiler service.
