Lloyd contacted me saying they could come out today. He and his colleague George were here within two hours. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 90 minutes, including going out for the placement part. We are extremely grateful to have this emergency water leak sorted so quickly! Highly recommend and will be booking them in for our annual boiler service.

I have used Phoenix Plumbing and Heating for my boiler servicing in the past, so when I needed a new towel rail fitting and some radiators moving, it was a no brainier to use them again. Both Lloyd and George work neatly and efficiently. The least amount of disruption was caused. Job was completed super quickly as promised. Excellent craftsmanship and they are really polite and knowledgeable. My dogs didn’t worry them either. Will definitely use for all my plumbing and gas works

Lewis was nothing but amazing, was a short notice job and he still got me fitted in regardless of being busy. Nothing was to little or to big of a job for him. He went above and beyond!
