Job location: SO22Ryan rang me within minutes of placing my enquiry on Check-A-Trade. He was friendly, not at all pushy but offered lots of good advice and a fair quote for carrying out the job within 2 days. Charlie arrived on time and was helpful and polite, whilst carrying out the job very thoroughly and considerately. I contacted Phoenix Carpet Cleaning on a Sunday, not expecting to hear back till the following day I then received a call with a quotation to carry out works as requested within 5 minutes. I arranged for the works to be carried out whilst we were away on holiday, communication with questions being answered was quick & friendly. On return back from holiday we arrived home to a fluffy clean carpet which smelt delightful.
