  Unblock External Drain

  I'm very impressed with the service received from Phils Drainage services. I called the evening prior and was given a time of between 14:00 - 16:00 the next day. Mark arrived at exactly 14:00 and was very personable. He quickly got to work and tried hard to unblock the drain manually, helping us keep the cost of his visit low. Not once did I feel Mark was trying to make us spend more than needed and I felt I could trust his expertise. He shared some useful information which he put in a report too. In less than an hour our drain was unblocked. He even cleaned and sanitised the area.

  Fixing down a loose drain cover

  I contacted Phil’s Drainage Services about a loose drain cover in our garden that had become a real safety concern, especially with the kids playing outside over the Easter holidays. Mark was brilliant from the start — friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. He reassured us it was a straightforward job, and true to his word, he had it fixed and made safe by the end of the week. He also kept in touch and let us know when he was on the way, which we really appreciated. Great service, very professional, and would definitely recommend!

  Badly blocked drain

  Dealt with professionally on the phone with Carla and then Mark arrived before the promised time and he was fantastic - he went above and beyond for us. He did a brilliant job at clearing a horrible blockage and also retrieved the end of a drain rod which we lost when trying to clear the blockage ourselves(!) He also found a blocked gully and sorted that. Mark is very professional and also a lovely person who we would highly recommend. He is a superstar. We are so pleased to have found him and we will always use for any other issues that may arise.
