I was very impressed with Phil’s Drainage Services. They came out the very same day to give a free no-obligation quotation for a blocked drain. Another firm had told us the toilet pan would have to be removed, but Mark our engineer, explained he could do all the work externally. He did so working very carefully with a camera and milling tool to remove tree roots that had penetrated the clay pipe. I was impressed with Mark's level of professionalism. He even cleaned the toilet for us! Highly recommended!

Mark was the perfect professional. Courteous, helpful and thorough. He unblocked our drain and managed to remove some rods that my error prone hands left stuck up there. Mark gave great advice and explained everything he was doing so I could understand the problem at hand. I would definitely use Phil’s Drainage service again.

I had a partially blocked drain, which wasn't an urgent issue, but Mark offered to come straightaway if needed. We arranged for him to come the next day and he arrived promptly, quickly found the problem and outlined the suggested solution, which he proceeded to do. I am very happy with the quality of Mark's work.

Mark and Carla were great at finding a slot to visit our property and carry out the inspection. Mark was very efficient and knowledgeable and provided us with a great report and sound advice, verbally and in the report, that has since led to Thames Water inspecting and agreeing to rectify several issues with our drainage system. Mark arrived at time advised and did a thorough job clearing the blockage, explaining what was needed as he worked. Cleaned up when finished and everything left tidy. Will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

I'm very impressed with the service received from Phils Drainage services. I called the evening prior and was given a time of between 14:00 - 16:00 the next day. Mark arrived at exactly 14:00 and was very personable. He quickly got to work and tried hard to unblock the drain manually, helping us keep the cost of his visit low. Not once did I feel Mark was trying to make us spend more than needed and I felt I could trust his expertise. He shared some useful information which he put in a report too. In less than an hour our drain was unblocked. He even cleaned and sanitised the area.
