Service reminder received in good time for first Annual Ideal Boiler Service with price in advance. Job was booked in at a time to suit us. Service engineer confirmed actual arrival time in advance and was polite and knowledgeable. Invoice received promptly and cost was as per estimate. Top service from start to finish. Three guys turned up and smashed out the job efficiently and professionally — boiler fitted in just two days. I had a question after the install and Pete picked up the phone straight away and sorted it with no fuss. If you're in the Surrey area and need a boiler fitted, I'd highly recommend P.H. Butler. From my first phone call I knew that this was a good company. They were super efficient , explained everything that they would do clearly and patiently.
