Really professional boiler replacement service. All done in 1 day and with minimal fuss. Pete is a top bloke and went out of his way to help us, suggesting replacement shower units and sorting everything making it an easy process for us. Job location: TW16PH Butler has been servicing my gas boiler for several years, in addition to family’s annual gas safety inspection and certification of rental flat. Peter and Chris provide prompt, efficient service, having installed our new combo boiler few years ago. Service reminder received in good time for first Annual Ideal Boiler Service with price in advance. Job was booked in at a time to suit us. Service engineer confirmed actual arrival time in advance and was polite and knowledgeable. Invoice received promptly and cost was as per estimate. Top service from start to finish. Three guys turned up and smashed out the job efficiently and professionally — boiler fitted in just two days. I had a question after the install and Pete picked up the phone straight away and sorted it with no fuss. If you're in the Surrey area and need a boiler fitted, I'd highly recommend P.H. Butler.
