Our gas boiler and hot water system were replaced by Pete and his team. We had a great discussion about options before receiving quotes for a couple of options. The team were punctual, tidy and the completed project has meet all our expectations.

From initial contact with Pete to arrange a boiler service he manage to fit me in within a few days. Ed undertook the service and was top draw explaining things to look out for etc and also checked over all the radiators too. 100% recommend

Really professional boiler replacement service. All done in 1 day and with minimal fuss. Pete is a top bloke and went out of his way to help us, suggesting replacement shower units and sorting everything making it an easy process for us. Service reminder received in good time for first Annual Ideal Boiler Service with price in advance. Job was booked in at a time to suit us. Service engineer confirmed actual arrival time in advance and was polite and knowledgeable. Invoice received promptly and cost was as per estimate. A very impressive organisation.
