I have used Pete and his team a few times now and I would not go anywhere else. I’ve had two boilers replaced and general servicing. They’re always on time, clean and efficient. Highly recommended!!

Service reminder received in good time for first Annual Ideal Boiler Service with price in advance. Job was booked in at a time to suit us. Service engineer confirmed actual arrival time in advance and was polite and knowledgeable. Invoice received promptly and cost was as per estimate. A very impressive organisation.

Very good service. I enquired on Saturday evening and Pete reached out to me immediately on WhatsApp and we had the job booked in for Monday morning. His engineer, Ed, arrived exactly on time and carried out the service to a high standard.

Top service from start to finish. Three guys turned up and smashed out the job efficiently and professionally — boiler fitted in just two days. I had a question after the install and Pete picked up the phone straight away and sorted it with no fuss. If you're in the Surrey area and need a boiler fitted, I'd highly recommend P.H. Butler. Proper job. 10/10 from me

From my first phone call I knew that this was a good company. They were super efficient , explained everything that they would do clearly and patiently. Everyone working in my house were polite, quiet, tidy and efficient. Being a senior citizen living alone I felt safe and trusted their workmanship. If I could give them 12 stars I would.
