  Excellent service. Paul arrived much quicker than expected, was friendly, professional and determined to find the fault. He went above and beyond, even crawling commando-style into very tight spaces to inspect the pipe work. Nothing was too much trouble and his commitment to getting to the root of the problem was impressive. Highly recommended
