10 Fitted new cisterns to enclosed toilet

My mums 2 toilets had stopped working. The toilets were both enclosed systems so tricky to work with - one tradesman had already said he would not deal with this setup. Sent Paul pictures and brief description he was prompt to reply and reassured me he had worked on many enclosed units so not a problem. He arrived on time, diagnosed quickly and quoted there and then very competitive. He said he could fix that same day and returned within 30 mins with new parts and fixed them both super quick, no mess. Our boiler had broken down and needed replacing. We contacted Paul who was very helpful and explained everything. He got the job done very quickly & efficiently. I can’t recommend Paul highly enough! He stepped in to take over a partially completed and poorly executed job left behind by a previous contractor. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail were clear. He quickly identified and rectified all the incorrect pipework, saving me from potential future issues. He also handled the full bathroom tiling, fitted a new bath, vanity unit, and radiators - all done to a very high standard and at a fair, transparent price.
