Paul was super efficient throughout this boiler fit project. He arrived in good time for the initial survey and his quote was very competitive. He was well started by 8 am on Tuesday, 16 September 2025 and had magnificent work done by 4 pm that day. He had decommissioned the old boiler and water storage tank and drained the attic tank. He had the new. Vaillant gas combo fitted and working efficiently by the end of the first day. The power flush was completed and the entire job by midday on the second day. Paul is a highly recommendable Plumber He is very communicative and friendly.

My mums 2 toilets had stopped working. The toilets were both enclosed systems so tricky to work with - one tradesman had already said he would not deal with this setup. Sent Paul pictures and brief description he was prompt to reply and reassured me he had worked on many enclosed units so not a problem. He arrived on time, diagnosed quickly and quoted there and then very competitive. He said he could fix that same day and returned within 30 mins with new parts and fixed them both super quick, no mess. He was polite, professional and we would definitely use him again.
