Job location: DY9A very friendly and competent plumber, Pete carried out some extra work that wasn't strictly necessary so as to ensure I didn't have any potential issues in the future. This was all included in the pre-agreed, and very reasonable, fee. Top marks all round.10 Replaced 13 radios thermostatic valves and drained the system

Pete came out the same day to access the leak. Followed this the following day by replacing the tap which was had failed after only one year of use (thank you Wickes!). Paul responded to the request promptly and fixed a date for the job within 2 days. He worked to accommodate our shift pattern. The work was completed and the new tap is perfect.
