Pete called ahead to confirm he was on his way and arrived promptly. He communicated clearly throughout and completed the job to a high standard (even replacing broken pipes). I now have taps that work perfectly with no leaks. I'll definitely be hiring him again when I'm ready to do bigger jobs.
