  Excellent service and a highly recommended company

  I have used Pest Shop Boys twice, once for bird restriction control to prevent seagulls nesting on my roof, and for vermin control where I had rats living under my garden patio. Both times the was work carried out successfully. Darren went above and beyond by relocating the very heavy compost bin onto a concrete base and securing it with wire mash. I would highly recommend this very professional company who also offer a dependable, knowledgeable and friendly service.

  Jusinta and Darren knew exactly how to treat our problem with our flat and if we had any questions about the process being done. They managed to reassure us and they completed two procedures to clear what we had with our flat. Very happy with the job done and very efficient at what they do.

  A long period of intermittent rat activity in the attic

  I have been living with this problem for years which has caused immense distress. Other pest control companies suggested that the drains would likely be the problem but would involve taking up my extension floor and patio. This was not something I was ready to do as was told there was no guarantee that it would solve the problem. Well Darren arrived from PSB and I can only describe him as a walking angel and genius! He systemically began his investigations and found a solution 7 houses down where he placed a drain flap. His knowledge and determination to find a solution is second to none!

  Seagull prevention

  Responded quickly to my initial contact and excellent communication throughout the job. The newly installed bird deterrence cage is exactly what I was looking for and will prevent seagulls trying to nest on the roof. Very pleased that the job was done within a few days of initial contact. I would highly recommend the team!
